Due diligence projects are conducted prior to the lease or purchase of property for demolition or development purposes. Activities performed during the preparation of Phase I documents include site inspections, owner interviews, regulatory database reviews, previous report reviews, and non-ASTM considerations including suspect asbestos-containing material sampling, lead-based paint sampling, and vapor intrusion assessments.
Environmental Field Scientist

My experience in environmental site characterization has been demonstrated through the execution of Limited Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). Field activities have included the advancement of soil borings, for sample collection, the installation of groundwater monitoring wells, routine/ quarterly groundwater sample collection and sub-slab soil vapor assessments. Field data is organized through record preparation and laboratory data is interpretation to clients through formal report drafting. These techniques have been applied throughout several projects across the United States, where I have adapted to changes of regulations across state lines.
